We accept all kinds of high quality digital images in various formats. Uploading high-quality photos is a better fit for EIE in order to deliver better results. We accept the following formats:-

JPG

GIF

PNG

TIFF

PSD

Answar:
Sign up as a member and once approved you shall be able to upload up to 200 images. If the quantity exceeds or your raw images are too heavy, these may only be submitted to EIE via FTP.

Before becoming a full-fledged member you can always choose to take a free trial up to 5-6 images. Depending upon the complexity of images we deliver free trial images within the span of 6-24 hours.

Answar:
Once you have created an account with EIE our customer manager approves the account within 24 hours and after that the client can start placing their order. In case you don't receive account activation email, the first thing you should do is check your SPAM, Junk or Trash folders. EIE’s emails get filtered out the first time they come through to a new user’s box. Once you find us in any of the mentioned folders, make sure to add us to your address book or mark it as “Not SPAM.”
If you have checked all your email folders and still cannot find the activation email, please contact us at info@eie4retailers.com

Our standard delivery time is 24-48 hours depending upon the quantity and complexity of images. Also, there will be a client representative to assist you throughout.
If we anticipate there may be a delay in image processing, in the event of holidays or unanticipated issues, we will notify our customers as soon as possible.
